Clima Organizacional e Vulnerabilidade ao Estresse no Trabalho

Resumo

O objetivo desse estudo foi verificar se o clima organizacional interfere no estresse dos trabalhadores. Participaram da pesquisa 150 trabalhadores, com idade entre 18 e 61 anos de ambos os sexos. Foram utilizadas para essa pesquisa duas escalas EVENT e CLIMOR onde pode-se perceber uma correlação significativa do clima organizacional e a vulnerabilidade do estresse dentro da organização, podendo ser percebida também essa correlação a partir das pesquisas bibliográficas também, demonstrando a importância de estudos sobre o clima organizacional e o estresse.

Abstract:. The aim of this study was to determine whether the organizational climate affects the stress of workers. The participants were 150 workers , aged between 18 and 61 years of both sexes. Were used for this research two EVENT scales and CLIMOR where one can see a significant correlation between organizational climate and the vulnerability of the stress within the organization and may also be perceived this correlation from the bibliographic research also shows the importance of studies on the organizational climate and stress. Keywords: Organizational climate; Stress at Work, worker health
