Avaliação do Projeto de Fortalecimento da Vigilância em Saúde em Âmbito Municipal

Resumo

Objetivou-se avaliar a implantação do ProFVS de Minas Gerais no município de Viçosa-MG, analisando as melhorias alcançadas na situação de saúde do município nos anos de 2013 a 2015. Foram coletados dados de cunho secundário, selecionados de acordo com alguns indicadores de saúde, como óbito fetal, infantil, de mulher em idade fértil e materno; ações de prevenção e controle de dengue e febre amarela; doenças e agravos de notificação compulsória e cobertura vacinal. Verificou-se o alcance de 100% das ações envolvendo os indicadores de mortalidade, o cumprimento quase completo da cobertura vacinal e um aumento do número de doenças e agravos de notificação compulsória. Verificou-se que os dados coletados juntamente com os indicadores apresentaram um cumprimento satisfatório das ações conforme preconizado pelo ProFVS, no entanto é necessário que haja empenho contínuo dos órgãos de saúde da cidade em aumentar e atingir cada vez mais o cumprimento das ações.

Abstract: This study aimed to assess the implementation of the Minas Gerais ProFVS in Viçosa-MG, analyzing the improvements achieved in the municipal health situation in the years 2013 to 2015 were collected secondary nature of data, selected according to some health indicators such as stillbirth, infant, woman of childbearing age and breast; prevention actions and dengue control, and yellow fever; diseases and disorders of compulsory notification and immunization coverage. It was the achievement of 100% of shares involving the mortality indicators, the almost complete fulfillment of vaccination coverage and an increasing number of diseases and notifiable diseases. It was found that the data collected with the indicators showed a good compliance with the shares as recommended by ProFVS, however there must be continued commitment of health agencies of the city to increase and reach increasingly the fulfillment of actions.
